What keeps
repeating
in your life?
Different situations.
Familiar outcomes.
I help you recognise the patterns shaping your life, so you can make clearer choices about what happens next.
The Pattern
Throughout our lives, we develop beliefs, expectations and behaviours shaped by our experiences.
Some help us grow. Others may quietly hold us back.
Over time, these responses can become automatic. We react without questioning why, make familiar choices and find ourselves facing familiar outcomes.
SITUATION → INTERPRETATION → EMOTION → RESPONSE → OUTCOME
And when the cycle repeats, it can reinforce the same pattern.
You may not always be able to control what happens around you.
But you can learn to recognise what's happening within you and explore a different response.
That's where our work begins.
THREE PILLARS
OF YOUR LIFE
Your patterns don't exist in isolation
The way you see yourself influences how you relate to others.
Both can shape the decisions you make and the direction your life takes
SELF
How you see yourself.
Explore your beliefs, identity, emotional responses and the relationship you have with yourself.
RELATIONSHIPS
How you connect with others.
Recognise recurring dynamics in your communication, expectations, boundaries and relationships.
DIRECTION
How you move through life.
Understand the choices, fears and behaviours influencing your purpose, priorities and progress.
The Pattern Method
Change isn't simply about knowing what you should do differently.
It's about recognising why you keep doing what you do, discovering what choices are available and learning to put those choices into practice.
My coaching follows four principles:
Awareness:
See the patterns that keep repeating.
Understanding:
Explore the beliefs, triggers and experiences that may be keeping them in place.
Choice:
Recognise what's within your control and consider a different response.
Change:
Practise new behaviours, reflect on what happens and continue building on your progress.
Not a quick fix.
A practical method you can return to throughout your life.
WAYS TO WORK TOGETHER
Every change begins somewhere.
Whether you're looking for clarity around one recurring challenge or ready to explore deeper patterns across your life, there's a way to begin.
A first conversation
01
The Pattern Session
One conversation.
A clear starting point.
A dedicated one-to-one conversation to examine a recurring challenge, identify potential patterns and gain clarity about your next steps.
02
4 Weeks
The Pattern Reset
One pattern.
Four weeks of focus.
A focused four-week coaching experience to explore recurring behaviours, examine the beliefs behind them and begin practising new responses.
03
12 Weeks
The Pattern Practice
Understand the connections.
Choose your direction.
A twelve-week coaching programme designed to explore your patterns more deeply, strengthen self-awareness and turn personal insight into practical changes across your life.
Each offer stands on its own.
The Reset and Practice include Pattern Discovery within their opening session,
so you don't need to book a standalone Pattern Session first.
When the pattern stops
making every decision,
what will you choose?
More honest relationships. Work that matters to you.
The courage to make a decision you have been avoiding.
The aim is to put self-understanding to use in the life you are living.
I'm not here to tell you how to live your life.
I'm here to help you see it more clearly.
To listen without judgement, ask the questions you may not have considered and reflect back what you share in a way that helps you recognise your own patterns.
I believe in awareness without judgement, understanding without excuses, responsibility without shame and change through practice.
This isn't about blaming your past or pretending that change is easy.
It's about recognising what's been shaping your choices and taking responsibility for what you can do next.
You don't have to have everything figured out. And you don't have to keep struggling in silence.
I'm Daniel Richard Fenton.
Life Pattern Coach.
Alongside my work as a Life Pattern Coach, I am an artist.
Where coaching creates space for conversation, questioning and reflection, art offers another form of expression.
Through colour, form and imagination, I explore ideas and feelings that don't always need words.
For me the two different practices are connected by a curiosity about patterns, meaning and what exists beneath the surface.
Art creates another space to question, observe and express the complexities of being human.
Both practices invite us to look more closely, challenge familiar perspectives and discover something we may not have recognised before.
Another way of seeing.
Another way of seeing.
WHAT BECOMES POSSIBLE?
The aim isn't to become a different person.
It's to develop a different relationship with your choices.
Imagine beginning to:
Recognise your triggers before automatically reacting.
Question beliefs you've always accepted as true.
Communicate with greater awareness and clarity.
Make decisions that reflect what matters to you.
Move forward instead of repeatedly returning to the same place.
Progress doesn't mean you'll never face another challenge.
It means developing a way to meet those challenges with greater awareness, understanding and choice.
Frequently Asked Questions
-
You do not need to name a pattern before you begin. Bring a recent situation, a recurring feeling or a question. That gives the conversation a starting point.
-
No. Pattern Coaching is a space for reflection, decisions and personal development. I am here as a coach, not a therapist or medical professional. Coaching does not provide diagnosis or mental health treatment.
-
No. You might want to understand a recurring difficulty, make a decision, or explore why your life feels disconnected from what matters to you.
-
You discuss what brings you to the conversation, explore what feels familiar, and consider a practical next step. There is no requirement to disclose anything you are not ready to discuss.
-
There is no single number that suits everyone. Start with a Pattern Session and discuss whether further support would be useful. Longer programmes are a choice, not an automatic commitment.
-
No. The work speaks especially to people who carry a lot quietly, including men who rarely have an honest space to talk and have learned to suppress their emotions or suffer in silence.
Adults of all genders are welcome.
You can't always see the pattern when you're living inside it
Sometimes, a different perspective
is where meaningful change begins.
If you're ready to understand what's keeping you stuck and explore a different way forward, let's start with a conversation.
